Heart is better than beauty

Everybody wants to look beautiful , he/she wants appreciation from her/his friends,husband/wife ........

So all of us get attracted towards salon, parlours, spa etc. , to change our look, to look more attractive artificially , that is not bad at all.
But I say this is just superficial , more of outerlook one should get impress by inner personality, see what is inside in her/his mind or soul. One should see others  nature or behaviour like how good this person is , helpfull to others, never get angry, never shout at anybody, care for others, love everyone , how clear her/his mind , not hot-tempered and  dedicated to her/his work,  family and obviously family.

So good person is one  having the qualities which constitute beauty and  pleasing to the sight or the mind of others, also Someone who's compassionate, who's faithful, who has morals, integrity & honesty.
Also a beautiful person is someone who displays love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, humility, patience and who is faithful . It is someone who displays self control and considers others more important than self. It is someone who is a good friend, a good listener and someone who displays integrity dignity and accountability towards self and towards others. This person does not bad mouth but rather stands up for someone. This is someone who would lay down his life for others not as a servant, but as a true friend. There are few people today who fall into this category and if you find one ,run with that person because that person is positive and someone you can always count on. A true friend.

Anyways I would say that outer appearance of yours is also equally important as it affect your overall personality.
I must say, one should think positively , so that positive thoughts gets attracted towards him.

Try to build positive rings / circles around you , if you do so, automatically negative force or energy get repelled from you, and feel calm, cool, energetic.

If you are clean and fresh from inside, the reflection comes on your face.

For that we have to clear our mind , remove all blocks, be relax and do your work and notice the difference, you are the one who become good beautiful person, a TRUE FRIEND, a TRUE HUMAN.

Smart Summer Tips For Hair

In summer , heat can damage your hair (cuticle) and make them look dull, dehydrated and frizzy.
We can't avoid or ignore summer so it becomes necessary to take care of our hair.
The harsh summer take out moisture of hair and nutrients, so just remember some  of these smart tips : 
  • Direct sunlight can be as damaging as a hot blow dryer. So, let it dry naturally.
  • Summer humidity can become your hair's worst enemy so you could dry your hair indoors.
  • Highlightening and colouring should be avoided as it makes hair dry, as weather  is hot.
  • Those who go swimming should rinse their hair properly after swim as chlorine causes severe dryness to your   hair
  • It's necessary to drink lots of water in summer as it helps in giving a fluffy and healthy look to your hair.
  • In summer lot of heat passing through your scalp , so spa treatment twice in a month works wonder.
  • Also avoid oil as it attracts dust which lead to scalp infection.
  • Try to use mild conditioner and water base serum and products as its gives moisture to your hair and protect them being dry.
  • Do not use chemical products as they give nice look and bounce but they actually dry your hair.
  • Advisable to wash your hair with cold water.
  • One can use umbrella or netted cap instead of scarfs to keep scalp healthy.
  • Prefer tying a pony tail or trim hair short.
  • Apply leave in conditioner after your hair is 50% dry, which helps to keep hair moisturised.

therefore, it is very essential that we have to take care of our hair .
The common causes and precautions for hair problems such as dandruff, hair loss, damaged, dull and rough hair are as follows:

Causes :-
  • PollutionMental Stress
  • Prolong Illness
  • Emotional Disturbances
  • Improper Diet
  • Medication
  • Chemical usage like coloring, straightening, perming, dye etc.
  • Too much use of blow dry
  • Swimming (Chlorine damaged your hair)
  • Too much exposure to sunlight
  • Usage of hair styling products like Mousse, Serum, Hair spray, Hair mascara etc.
  • Shampooing your hair everyday
  • Unclean use of towel, pillowcase, comb, brush etc.
  • Lack of natural oil
  • Excessive use of pressing and crimping

Precaution :-
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Sleep should be adequate
  • Take green vegetable and fruits
  • Eat high proteins diet which has iron and vitamins
